Join us in open, self-lead meditation every Tuesday.  The meeting room will be open starting at 2:30 pm.  Drop in and work on your mindfulness for the entire 30 minutes or just 5.  Studies have shown that even 5 minutes of meditation a day can reduce stress and blood pressure, increase gray matter and increase productivity.  Take a few minutes to slow down and refocus yourself.


If you prefer to sit on the floor while meditating please bring a blanket or pillow.  Chairs are available.
