Ages 5-10. Celebrate the International Day of Peace with a yoga lesson that teaches breathing and a few poses that we can do to be "kind" to our own bodies. We will discuss the importance of taking care of ourselves because "if we feel good about ourselves, we do good things, and when we do good things, we feel good about ourselves." We will also make compliment cards to hand out as an act of spreading peace and kindness. Presented by Karla Horton of Dragonfly Paddle and Fitness.
