This 45-minute circuit style class designed by Physical Therapist, Dr. Leah Dedrick, will help you help improve full body strength and balance. The exercises are designed to be functional, challenging and fun, and are great for anyone looking to supplement their current exercise routine or to get started exercising for the first time!  While these movements are particularly helpful for 55+ individuals, adults of all levels of experience and abilities are welcome to join!
