The class is a 45-minute circuit style class designed by Physical Therapist, Dr. Leah Dedrick, to help improve full body strength and balance. The exercises are designed to be functional, challenging and fun. The class is designed for 55+ individuals looking to supplement their current exercise routine or to get started exercising for the first time. Open to all levels of experience and abilities.
