Ages 11-17

Create your own coil pot!  You'll learn to roll, shape, and attach coils in the creation of a one-of-a-kind piece of art.  At the end of class, choose your glaze color and the instructor will glaze and fire your creation, which can be picked up at the library a few weeks later. 

Coil pottery is one of the oldest ceramic techniques, dating back over 15,000 years. This technique has been used globally for millennia across Africa, Asia, Europe, and the Americas.

This class is limited to the first 15 participants.
