This is a 45-minute class designed by Physical Therapist, Shaun Taylor Bevins, PT, MPT, to help improve full body strength and balance. The exercises are designed to be functional, challenging and fun. The class is designed for adults ages 55+ looking to supplement their current exercise routine or to get started exercising for the first time. Open to all levels of experience and abilities.
