Ages 18 and up. This beginner yoga series will introduce the fundamental principles of alignment and breath work in a flow of postures linked together by the breath. Students will be introduced to yoga postures through step-by-step verbal description and demonstration. Each week's class will focus on a specific theme surrounding the 7 energy centers in the body.   *Registration required for each session. Supported by the Mary Dunn Memorial Fund.
