As we rapidly approach the 100th anniversary of the ratification of the 19th amendment allowing women the right to vote, join us for tea (or coffee!) as we learn more about women's suffrage from special guest presenter Lacey Phelps. To commemorate the struggle the women faced, we will also be crafting a rosette much like ones worn by the women who fought for our rights.

The lecture is open to all who wish to attend. *Registration required for those wishing to craft a rosette to keep.

This event is made possible by a donation from the Friends of Queen Anne’s County Library.
