Join Robin Pender for a 5 week Tai Chi for Health & Wellness Series starting Wednesday, Sept. 25th 12:00 pm -1:00 pm. Tai Chi is slow gentle flowing movements which can improve balance and posture, increase strength and flexibility, and reduce stress. The series is tailored to beginners seeking better health.
