Join Robin Pender for a 5 week Tai Chi for Health & Wellness Series starting Tuesday, Jan. 14th 1:30 pm -2:30 pm. Tai Chi is slow gentle flowing movements which can improve balance and posture, increase strength and flexibility, and reduce stress. The series is tailored to beginners seeking better health. Class size is limited and registration is required. Registration opens Dec. 31st. Registration is for entire series.
