Outdoor Little Kids Yoga
A specialized, healthy-activity and mindfulness class that practices mind-body movement, breathing, self-regulation, focus, flexibility, and relaxation. Join us as we dive through an imaginative journey, that includes kid-friendly yoga poses, puppets, sensory jars, and Social Emotional Learning. Children learn to access mindfulness in a safe and appropriate environment, and more remarkably when they are off in the great big world!
This program requires registration. It will be a socially distanced outdoor program. In case of bad weather, this program will be a recorded yoga program.
