Join Miss Stav and “Oinky” (her SEL pig puppet) as they flow through silly and fun yoga poses specially designed for kids! We will then create our very own take-home sand I Spy Jar!

Mindful Start Kids offers specialized, healthy-activity and mindfulness classes, that practice gross and fine motor skills through mind-body movement, self-regulation, focus, flexibility, and relaxation. Join Miss Stav through an imaginative journey, that includes kid-friendly yoga poses, puppets, glitter jars, parachutes, and Social Emotional Learning. Mindful Start is -most of all- FUN!

After our movement portion, you will have the chance to create your very own take-home I Spy Jar. You may bring a mat/blanket/towel to sit on if you wish. All craft materials will be provided!
