Yoga can benefit you in many ways, both physically and mentally. It is a great low-impact workout and has proven to reduce stress, improve dexterity among other health benefits. Join in the physical literacy revolution and try out yoga with the library. This class, led by Samantha Biskach, is for all levels of yoga and offers adaptations as needed.
Registration requested. This class will be held outside weather permitting. Those who are registered will be notified if the class needs to move inside.
