For Ages: 5-10 years.

Participants will learn about garbage patches that form in the world’s oceans. Participants will then use the engineering design process to create a device for removing plastics and other objects from the ocean, but avoids aquatic and marine life. Participants will test out their devices and have the opportunity to share their inventions with the group. Registration required.
