Creative Aging Workshop: Yoga for Seniors
For Seniors 55+ and better. Individuals with cognitive memory loss are welcome. Join in the physical literacy revolution and try out yoga with the Library. This class, led by Samantha Biskach, is for all levels of yoga and offers adaptations as needed. The Library recommends for participants to bring a yoga mat or towel. Following the program, self-care and snack goody bags will be handed out to participants.
